Happy Home Express was founded in 2016 with a simple vision: to make homeownership accessible to hardworking families who were being left behind by traditional mortgage lenders. Our founder, Andrew DeVlieger firsthand how qualified buyers with stable incomes were denied mortgages simply because of past credit issues or non-traditional employment. Andrew DeVlieger

CEO

Andrew is a former real estate agent with six years of investing experience, having bought and managed 15+ rental properties in North Dallas, many later converted to Airbnbs. He has also helped families across Texas purchase, rehab, and finance homes through seller financing. A Michigan State graduate, Andrew worked for Shell Oil, PepsiCo, and PulteHomes before turning full-time into real estate investing and co-founding Happy Home Express with Shaun.

Carol has three years of experience as a real estate sales agent in the Philippines, selling condos for top developers. Since 2021, she has assisted U.S. real estate investors, generating qualified leads that led to successful closings. Skilled, proactive, and tech-savvy, Carol has excelled in acquisitions, sales, operations, and capital raising.
