Happy Home Express was founded in 2016 with a simple vision: to make homeownership accessible to hardworking families who were being left behind by traditional mortgage lenders. (Happy Home Express fue fundada en 2016 con una visión sencilla: hacer que tener casa propia sea accesible para las familias trabajadoras que los prestamistas hipotecarios tradicionales dejaban de lado.)

Our founder, Andrew DeVlieger firsthand how qualified buyers with stable incomes were denied mortgages simply because of past credit issues or non-traditional employment. Andrew DeVlieger has over nine years of experience in real estate investing. He has acquired and managed 80+ rental properties and has successfully rehabbed, financed, and sold numerous homes across Texas. As co-founder of Happy Home Express, Andrew is committed to creating accessible housing opportunities, including helping families achieve homeownership through seller financing.

Abigail is an Industrial Engineer with 5+ years in real estate, serving as Operations Manager, General Manager, and Transaction Coordinator. She combines engineering expertise with real estate experience to streamline operations, lead teams, and oversee transactions with accuracy and compliance. Known for her attention to detail, problem-solving, and leadership.
